Project overview: Full new system installation — TOSOT APEX Series, –30°C cold-climate rated. Ductwork supplying second and third floors, with communications integration into existing central air and thermostat.
Scope: Design, size, and install new ductwork and unit in the attic, balancing the whole home and ensuring clean air in every room. Thermostat equipped with six temperature sensor locations and advanced AI learning, in partnership with Hydro Ontario for optimal time-of-use cost savings.
