Project overview: Upgraded an aging mid-efficiency system to a high-efficiency 5 ton, 120k BTU 2-stage natural gas furnace to modernize comfort in a 1913 heritage home. Tight clearances and existing finishes required careful layout and staging.
Scope: Removal of legacy furnace, installation of hi-eff 120k BTU 2-stage 5 ton unit. 24v communication integration dual air handler with isolation relays, new filter rack, condensate routing, new lighting and service switch, humidifier, ductwork tweaks and balancing to suit the older structure.
